Ari Johnson, currently a resident physician at the University of California, San Francisco has recently been featured in an article by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. Ari has been noted for his research in the fields of infectious disease, health policy, neurobiology, AIDS, and migration. He is the Founder and Co-chair of Project Muso, an NGO whose mission is to eliminate preventable deaths in the world’s most impoverished communities. Dr. Johnson has been a close colleague and friend of the Global Health Core, and we have been able to watch the impact and success of his work grow. We are certain that Project Muso will continue to expand its reach in serving populations in need.
