Adesuwa Osunde (she/her) is a recent graduate from UC Berkeley where she majored in Public Health. Her interests within public health include addressing health inequities through health policy and advocacy. Through this interest, Adesuwa aims to be a decision maker that promotes and provides better health for communities, especially the underserved and under-resourced. She hopes to be a lifelong learner, specifically learning about different cultures and the lived experiences of those from diverse backgrounds. During her time as a HEAL intern, Adesuwa hopes to learn more about how a non-profit organization operates and learn how health equity is addressed through a global lens.
