As Southwest Leadership Fellow, Wilberta looks forward to growing both personally and professionally. She is eager to strengthen her leadership skills and is especially looking forward to connecting with fellow nurses practicing across Navajo Nation and to learn from their shared experiences. Through the program, Wilberta hopes to gain new tools and insights that will support her continued growth and impact as a healthcare provider in her community.
